Mexico stocks jump over 2 pct on US recovery hopes
MEXICO CITY, July 15 (Reuters) - Mexican stocks jumped more than 2 percent on Wednesday as better-than-expected U.S. industrial output data stoked optimism of a U.S. economic recovery, adding to bullish sentiment fueled by solid quarterly results from Intel Corp's (INTC.O: Quote, Profile, Research).
The IPC stock index .MXX rose 2.29 percent to 24,898. (Reporting by Michael O'Boyle)
