NEW YORK, Jan 16 (Reuters) - Hess's 65,000 barrel per day refinery in Port Reading, New Jersey, restarted over the weekend, trade sources said Tuesday.

The refinery, which makes gasoline and heating oil for the big U.S. Northeast market, was shut down last Tuesday after a small fire in a pump.
