RasGas launches $2.23 bln notes in 3-part sale - IFR
NEW YORK, July 16 (Reuters) - Ras Laffan Liquefied Natural Gas Co Ltd 3 (RasGas) on Thursday launched a $2.23 billion three-part note sale, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
The sale includes $500 million in three-year notes expected to yield 300 basis points over U.S. Treasuries.
It also includes $1.115 billion in five-year notes expected to yield 312.5 basis over Treasuries and $615 million in 10-year notes expected to yield 325 basis points over U.S. Treasuries.
The joint book managers on the sale are Citigroup Global Markets, Credit Suisse and HSBC. (Reporting by Caryn Trokie; Editing by Theodore d'Afflisio)
