HOUSTON, July 16 (Reuters) - Total Petrochemicals USA was restarting unit 810 at its 232,000-barrel-per-day (bpd) Port Arthur, Texas, refinery on Thursday, according to a notice filed with Texas pollution regulators.
The restart is expected to last 24 hours, according to the notice filed with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. (Reporting by Erwin Seba)
