New Issue-Scientific Games Int'l sells $225 mln in notes
May 18 (Reuters) - Scientific Games International, Inc, a unit of Scientific Games Corp (SGMS.O: Quote, Profile, Research) on Monday sold $225 million of 10-year senior subordinated notes in the 144a private placement market, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters publication.
The size of the deal was increased from an originally planned $200 million.
JPMorgan, Bank of America, Credit Suisse, and Goldman Sachs were the joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
