NEW YORK, June 19 (Reuters) - Shares of Macerich Co (MAC.N) fell 1.6 percent to $18.15 after the bell on Friday, after the the shopping center manager and developer announced a stock shelf filing, allowing it to offer up to 50,000 shares. (Reporting by Edward Krudy; Editing by Dan Grebler)
