New Issue-Capital One Financial sells $1 bln in notes
May 19 (Reuters) - Capital One Financial Corp (COF.N: Quote, Profile, Research) on Tuesday sold $1 billion of five-year notes, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters publication.
Credit Suisse and J.P. Morgan were the active bookrunners for the sale. Deutsche Bank and RBS Greenwich Capital were the passive bookrunners.
