New Issue-Ashland sells $650 mln in 8-year notes
May 19 (Reuters) - Specialty chemicals company Ashland Inc (ASH.N: Quote, Profile, Research) on Tuesday sold $650 million of eight-year senior notes in the 144a private placement market, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
The size of the deal was increased from an originally planned $600 million.
Bank of America and Scotia Bank were the joint bookrunning managers for the sale. BORROWER: ASHLAND INC.
