New Issue - Georgia-Pacific sells $750 mln in notes
April 20 (Reuters) - Privately held Georgia-Pacific LLC, a manufacturer of paper and paper products, on Monday sold $750 million of seven-year senior guaranteed notes in the 144a private placement market, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
The size of the deal was increased from an originally planned $600 million.
Bank of America, Citigroup, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, and RBS Greenwich Capital were the joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
