New Issue-Telefonica Emisiones sells $2.25 bln in 2 parts
June 22 (Reuters) - Telefonica Emisiones SAU, a unit of Telefonica SA (TEF.MC: Quote, Profile, Research) (TEF.N: Quote, Profile, Research) on Monday sold $2.25 billion of senior unsecured notes in two parts, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
The notes are guaranteed by Telefonica SA.
Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, and Citigroup were the joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
