Italy's Snam RG prices issue at 2.15 euros per shr

MILAN, April 24 (Reuters) - Italian gas grid operator Snam Rete Gas Spa (SRG.MI) said on Friday that it had priced its rights issue to help fund the acquisition of regulated gas assets from its parent company Eni (ENI.MI) at 2.15 euros per ordinary share.

The price includes a share premium of 1.15 euros per share, it said in a statement.

As a result, the overall value of the rights issue will be 3.471 billion euros, it said. (Reporting by Stephen Jewkes; Editing by Toni Reinhold)
