NEW YORK, July 24 (Reuters) - Diesel in differentials the Midwest's Group Three market continued to slump as agricultural demand wanes and refiner production remains strong, traders said.

"The refining industry has gotten increasingly good at cranking out diesel fuel which is running 50 cents higher than gasoline," said one Midwest broker.

Strong agricultural demand during the Midwest's planting and harvest seasons typically boosts the fuel's value, but this year demand has been sluggish with wet weather dampening agricultural demand.
