UPDATE 1-GT Solar CFO Woodbury resigns

LOS ANGELES, May 26 (Reuters) - Solar equipment maker GT Solar International Inc (SOLR.O) on Tuesday said its chief financial officer, Bob Woodbury, resigned for personal reasons.

Woodbury, whose resignation is effective immediately, had served as GT Solar's CFO since January 2008.

Richard Johnson, the Merrimack, New Hampshire, company's vice president of finance and controller, will lead its finance organization during the search for Woodbury's replacement. (Reporting by Nichola Groom; Editing by Steve Orlofsky)
