NEW YORK, Aug 27 (Reuters) - Shares of Jo-Ann Stores Inc (JAS.N) rose 9 percent to $24.70 in extended trading on Wednesday after the fabric and crafts retailer posted better-than-expected quarterly results and raised its fiscal 2009 expectations.
