New Issue-Ameriprise sells $200 mln in 30-year notes
May 27 (Reuters) - Financial planning product and services provider Amerprise Financial Inc (AMP.N: Quote, Profile, Research) on Wednesday sold $120 million in 30-year senior notes, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
The size of the deal was increased from an originally planned $150 million.
Bank of America, Citigroup, UBS, and Wachovia were the joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
