NEW YORK, March 28 (Reuters) - Shares of IAC/Interactivecorp (IACI.O) rose 8.3 percent to $22.20 in extended trade on Friday after a Delaware court ruled in favor of its Chief Executive Barry Diller in a legal dispute with controlling shareholder Liberty Media Corp.
The ruling paves the way for Diller to proceed with a proposed spin-off of four company units.
