Shell says Motiva Norco, La. refinery staffing cut

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Motiva Enterprises has reduced staffing to skeleton levels at its 220,000 barrel per day Norco, Louisiana ahead of Tropical Storm Gustav, a Shell Oil (RDSa.L) spokesman said on Friday.

However, the refinery is still operating at normal levels, said Shell spokesman Stan Mays.
