NEW YORK, July 7 (Reuters) - RBC Capital Markets, the U.S. broker-dealer unit of Royal Bank of Canada (RY.TO: Quote, Profile, Research), will become a U.S. primary dealer on Wednesday, the New York Federal Reserve said on Tuesday.
