Iceland PM says govt has full trust in c.bank board
REYKJAVIK, Oct 9 (Reuters) - Icelandic Prime Minister Geir Haarde said on Thursday the government has full confidence in the board of the central bank.
"The central bank board still has the full trust of the government," Haarde told a news conference.
At least one prominent politician has made a public call for the central bank's board to be dismissed, saying they had misshandled the financial crisis that has engulfed the nation.
