SEOUL, Nov 16 (Reuters) - The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) has ruled in favour of Hyundai shareholders seeking to buy a 2.6 trillion won ($2.25 billion) stake in an affiliated refiner from International Petroleum Investment Co (IPIC), Hyundai Heavy Industries (009540.KS) said on Monday.

Under the ruling, Abu Dhabi-based IPIC, which owns the 70 percent stake in Hyundai Oilbank, will sell all of its shares at 15,000 won apiece to Hyundai shareholders, led by Hyundai Heavy. (Reporting by Rhee So-eui and Cho Mee-young; Editing by Jonathan Hopfner)
