KUALA LUMPUR/SINGAPORE, Nov 10 (Reuters) - Malaysia's biggest mobile phone operator Maxis Bhd will price its initial public offering at 5.00 ringgit per share, sources with direct knowledge of the deal told Reuters on Tuesday.

Maxis' share offer comprises an institutional tranche of 2.037 billion shares, more than 90 percent of the total, and a retail portion of 212.3 million shares.
