LONDON (Reuters) - London Brent crude rose $1 a barrel on Wednesday after the flow of Azeri oil to a Turkish export terminal was halted, reviving supply concern and arrested a declining trend seen through this week.

By 8:58 a.m., Brent was 82 cents up at $118.52, off lows of $116.90.
