BRIEF-Soccer-Basel sign Swiss record scorer Frei

BERNE, July 20 (Reuters) - Switzerland's record scorer Alex Frei has completed a move to Basel from Borussia Dortmund, the Swiss club said on their website (www.fcb.ch).
