BRIEF-Soccer-Bulgaria to play friendly against Shakhtar Donetsk

SOFIA, Nov 11 (Reuters) - Bulgaria will play a friendly match against Ukrainian club side Shakhtar Donetsk on Friday, the Bulgarian Football Union (BFU) announced.

The BFU said the game against the four-times Ukrainian champions would be played at the Ataturk Stadium in the Turkish resort city of Antalya. Shakhtar Donetsk beat Werder Bremen to win the UEFA Cup in May.

Bulgaria were scheduled to host Bolivia on Saturday in an international friendly but the South Americans cancelled the game for "economic reasons". (Reporting by Angel Krasimirov; Editing by Peter Rutherford)
