Cricket-India win toss, elect to bat in second Sri Lanka test
KANPUR, India, Nov 24 (Reuters) - India skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni won the toss and elected to bat against Sri Lanka in the second test on Tuesday.
India made two changes from the high-scoring draw in the first test in Ahmedabad, dropping paceman Ishant Sharma and leg spinner Amit Mishra and bringing in Shanthakumaran Sreesanth and handing left-arm spinner Pragyan Ojha his test debut.
Sri Lanka brought back leg spinner Ajantha Mendis, including him as the third spinner in place of the injured new ball bowler Dhammika Prasad.
