Council of Europe prices A$400 mln 2015 increase

 SYDNEY, Nov 17 (Reuters) - The Council or Europe
Development Bank (CEB) has priced an A$400 million ($374
million) increase to its 5.625 percent 2015 Kangaroo line,
joint lead RBC Capital Markets said on Tuesday.
 The issue has a re-offer price of 96.865 and a gross price
of 99.416. It yielded 6.255 percent, or 94.5 basis points over
the 6.25 percent 2015 government bond.
 Joint lead managers were RBCCM, TD Securities and Westpac.
 Settlement is on Nov. 27 and maturity on Dec. 14, 2015.
This sale takes the total amount on issue to $1 billion.
