SYDNEY, April 16 (Reuters) - OneSteel Ltd (OST.AX), Australia's second-largest steelmaker, will commence a capital raising involving retail and institutional investors on Thursday, the company said in a statement.
Trading in its shares remained on halt pending an announcement on the outcome of the capital raising. (Reporting by Mette Fraende)
