PERTH, May 11 (Reuters) - Australian oil and gas producer Santos Ltd (STO.AX) will announce a proposed capital raising involving institutional and retail investors on Monday, it said in a statement.
It requested a halt to the trading of its shares pending the announcement. The halt will remain until the outcome of the offer is released to the market on Wednesday. (Reporting by Fayen Wong)
