NAB to buy Aviva's Australia business for $660 mln

SYDNEY, June 22 (Reuters) - National Australia Bank Ltd (NAB.AX) has agreed to buy British insurer Aviva plc's (AV.L) Australian insurance and wealth management business for A$825 million ($660 million), NAB said in a statement on Monday.

NAB said the acquisition would be completed in the fourth quarter of 2009.
