TORONTO, May 29 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index ended slightly lower on Friday as a late session selloff in energy shares dragged down the resource-laden market.

The S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE officially closed down 22.30 points, or 0.21 percent, at 10,370.07. Earlier figures showed the market had unofficially closed higher. (Reporting by Jennifer Kwan; editing by Rob Wilson)
