CANADA STOCKS-TSX follows energy stocks to higher open
TORONTO, Nov 11 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index rose at the open on Wednesday as shares of Suncor Energy (SU.TO: Quote, Profile, Research) and other oil companies rallied on higher oil prices, while gold-mining stocks also rose.
The S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE was up 113.60 points, or 0.99 percent, at 11,540.34 at the open. (Reporting by Frank Pingue; editing by Peter Galloway)
