CANADA STOCKS-TSX opens lower on weaker oil and gold shares
TORONTO, Nov 12 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index opened lower on Thursday as softer oil and gold prices weighed on top commodity-linked stocks such as Barrick Gold (ABX.TO: Quote, Profile, Research) and Suncor Energy (SU.TO: Quote, Profile, Research).
The S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE was down 48.41 points, or 0.42 percent, at 11,391.34. (Reporting by Ka Yan Ng; Editing by Jeffrey Hodgson)
