CANADA STOCKS-TSX falls as soft commodity prices weigh
TORONTO, Nov 12 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index fell on Thursday as soft commodity prices sent shares of EnCana Corp (ECA.TO: Quote, Profile, Research) and other resource companies lower, while investor sentiment was bruised by a guarded earnings outlook from U.S. retail giant Wal-Mart (WMT.N: Quote, Profile, Research).
The S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE unofficially closed down 83.38 points, or 0.73 percent, at 11,356.37. (Reporting by Jennifer Kwan; editing by Rob Wilson)
