Peter Mandelson to return to government-BBC
LONDON (Reuters) - EU Trade Commissioner Peter Mandelson is to return to the British cabinet, the BBC reported on Friday.
The reported appointment is part of a limited cabinet reshuffle by Prime Minister Gordon Brown, expected to be announced later on Friday.
