BT seen broadcasting ITV catch-up programming
LONDON (Reuters) - British telecoms company BT Group is to be allowed to broadcast ITV Plc's catch-up and archive program service, The Financial Times newspaper reported on Monday.
ITV will make an announcement later on Monday, the paper said. Until now, replays of ITV's top shows, including soap operas Coronation Street and Emmerdale, have only been available on the Internet.
BT Vision, a pay-TV service, already broadcasts catch-up programming for the BBC, Channel 4, and Five.
