VANCOUVER, British Columbia (Reuters) - Two Canadians are among the more than 300 people wounded in the attacks in Mumbai, the Canadian government said on Thursday.

Foreign Affairs Minister Lawrence Cannon said officials are still collecting information, and he did not give any details on the identity of the two wounded Canadians, or on their condition.

Indian police have said 119 people were killed and 315 wounded when gunmen fanned out across Mumbai, India's financial capital, to attack sites on Wednesday that were popular with tourists and business people, including two luxury hotels.

Cannon, who read a short statement, did not address media reports that six Canadians at the hotels that were attacked are not accounted for.

Canada has condemned what it calls "these despicable acts of violence," and pledged to work with Indian authorities.
