Qatar says OPEC is concerned about overproduction

CAIRO (Reuters) - OPEC is concerned about members producing beyond their quotas, Qatari Oil Minister Abdullah al-Attiyah said on Saturday.

OPEC decided on Saturday to put back discussion of a third successive production cut until it meets on December 17 in Algeria in order to better assess compliance with previous curbs.
