FACTBOX-Security developments in Afghanistan, March 27

(Reuters) - Following are security developments in Afghanistan at 1400 GMT on Friday:

HELMAND - U.S.-led forces killed eleven militants during a firefight with Taliban-led insurgents late on Thursday in the Lashkar Gah district about 590 km (395 miles) southwest of Kabul, the U.S. military said in a statement.

URUZGAN - Afghan forces, led by U.S. troops, killed two militants and destroyed a roadside bomb in the Deh Rawod district about 400 km (250 miles) southwest of Kabul on Thursday, the U.S. forces said in a separate statement.
