FACTBOX: Country by country spread of flu outbreak
(Reuters) - Costa Rica and Italy confirmed on Saturday their first cases of the H1N1 flu, bringing to 17 the number of countries worldwide with confirmed cases. Mexico, which has seen the most cases, lowered its number of confirmed cases to up to 101 from up to 145.
