MP says credit expanding in financial markets

LONDON (Reuters) - The flow of credit is starting to expand in financial markets, treasury minister Paul Myners said on Thursday.

"We have done good things which have stabilised the banking system and credit is beginning to be expanded and the messages I am getting from business people with whom I meet continue to be encouraging," he told reporters.
