Breakthrough in Opel talks in sight

BERLIN (Reuters) - A breakthrough in talks between Canada's Magna, General Motors and governments on saving carmaker Opel is in sight, a German official said on Friday.

"A breakthrough is possible," the official told Reuters, requesting anonymity. He added that some details still needed to be resolved but that an agreement was getting closer.
