FACTBOX - Security developments in Afghanistan
(Reuters) - Following are security developments in Afghanistan at 5 p.m. British time on Thursday.

LOGAR - At least 25 people, including 15 school students, were killed in a blast in Logar province, south of Kabul, government officials said. The explosives were hidden in a truck which overturned near a school overnight. Police were checking the truck when the blast happened.
ZABUL - Afghan security forces killed almost 30 Taliban guerrillas in an ambush in southern Zabul province overnight, army General Sher Mohammad Zazai said.
* NURISTAN - Taliban fighters took over government buildings in a remote district of eastern Nuristan province, provincial police chief Mohammad Qasim said. Insurgents killed eight police and abducted eight in an attack there on Tuesday.
* SOUTHERN AFGHANISTAN - A soldier from the NATO-led force was killed by a roadside bomb in the south of the country, the alliance said in a statement.
SOUTHERN AFGHANISTAN - An explosion killed two soldiers from the NATO-led force in southern Afghanistan on Wednesday, the alliance said.
