LOCH LOMOND, Scotland (Reuters) - Steve Webster let off some last-round fireworks with a thrilling birdie-par-eagle-eagle sequence in the Scottish Open on Sunday.

The 34-year-old Englishman, winner of the 2005 Italian Open and 2007 Portugal Masters, registered a hole-in-one when a seven-iron effort rolled into the cup at the 193-yard, par-three fifth.

Webster then claimed a three at the next when his 113-yard approach with a wedge flew straight into the hole.

"It's one of those things I'll probably never do again. I was waiting for the crowd to react. It was an amazing feeling."

Webster followed a double-bogey five at the 11th with another dropped stroke at the 12th before hitting back with birdies at the 14th and 18th.  Continued...
