WARSAW, Nov 12 (Reuters) - Polish gas monopoly PGNiG's (PGNI.WA) gas sales bottomed out in the last weeks after declines in first nine months of 2009, PGNiG chief financial officer said on Thursday.

"Last weeks show sales are not worse than a year ago at this time," Slawomir Hinc said.

PGNiG's nine-month sales were down to 9.3 billion cubic metres of gas from 10 billion a year earlier. (Reporting by Pawel Bernat, writing by Patryk Wasilewski; Editing by Jon Loades-Carter)
