WASHINGTON, April 30 (Reuters) - The United States is regularly reviewing and updating its advice to Americans traveling or living abroad amid the flu outbreak, U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton told lawmakers on Thursday.

"We are constantly reviewing and refining our advice to Americans traveling or living abroad," Clinton told the Senate Appropriations Committee.

She also said that the State Department has established a monitoring group which is tracking how other governments are responding to the threat and "what assistance we might offer." (Reporting by Jeremy Pelofsky; Editing by Vicki Allen)
