MUNICH (Reuters) - Germany's GfK Holdings (GFKG.DE) said on Wednesday it wants to make a better offer for Taylor Nelson Sofres TNS.L than Martin Sorrell's advertising group WPP.

WPP Group, the world's second-largest advertising company, made a hostile 1.08 billion pound bid for market research group TNS TNS.L earlier on Wednesday, after its previous proposals were rejected.
