FRANKFURT (Reuters) - Deutsche Bank (DBKGn.DE) said on Thursday that BMW (BMWG.DE) executive Stefan Krause will join its board and become chief financial officer of Germany's biggest bank from Oct. 1.

Krause, who was BMW's CFO from May 2002 to September 2007 and was subsequently responsible for sales and marketing, is to join Deutsche's management board from April 1, Deutsche Bank said in a statement.

Krause will replace Anthony di Iorio as Deutsche's CFO when di Iorio retires as planned on Oct. 1, Deutsche Bank said.
