CHARLOTTE, N.C., Nov 5 (Reuters) - Bank of New York Mellon Corp (BK.N: Quote, Profile, Research) Chief Executive Bob Kelly said in a note to senior managers that he is not interested in running Bank of America Corp. (BAC.N: Quote, Profile, Research)

"There have been some press reports this week that say I might be interested in the CEO job at Bank of America. I want to be clear: I am not interested," according to Kelly's note, which was obtained by Reuters.
