WASHINGTON, Nov 9 (Reuters) - U.S. Senate Banking Committee Chairman Christopher Dodd said in a statement on Monday that he will unveil his long-awaited draft bill on financial regulation reform on Tuesday at a noon press conference.

Further details on the bill were not immediately available from Dodd's office. A Democrat, Dodd has been hammering out the measure for months behind closed doors.
