LONDON, Nov 5 (Reuters) - Building and maintenance firm Interserve (IRV.L) expects British government spending on outsourcing to speed up over the next two years and is confident it will meet a full-year profit target, its chief executive said.

"There's a very real agenda about government efficiency, which will have to pick up pace in a couple of years as part of a reaction to current forced expenditure on stabilising the economy," CEO Adrian Ringrose told Reuters.

Ringrose said Interserve, which cleans Britain's crown courts and maintains government buildings, was "on target to absolutely meet expectations for the full-year".

Analysts' average forecast for pretax profit for the year to the end of December is 82 million pounds, according to Reuters Estimates. (Reporting by Rhys Jones, editing by Will Waterman)
